Sorry it has been so long
I’m so sorry for dipping from the radar
My life has become so really bizarre
With two family deaths, redundancy and a private matter
My world hit the floor with a horrendous clatter
My huge thanks to my best friend Tatty
Who prevented me from going totally batty
The struggle for sanity still continues today
But at least I’m heading the right way
I hope to get back to writing my poems for you
Take care and lots of hugs to you too
Why be a Bully or a Troll?
Whether you are a troll or a bully
Why destroy someone’s life so fully
Do you realise what harm you cause
Can you please come to a thoughtful pause?
To think about the great pain and sorrow
That person may not be here tomorrow
I have been bullied and recently trolled
I hope it comes back on you ten fold
If you used weapons instead of words
A sentence in prison it would have incurred
You will never gain respect and love this way
So think carefully before you go out to play
Your terrible words have such a powerful punch
Breaking hearts and souls, thanks a bunch !!!
Two angels towards heaven’s way
Our maker decided it was their day
To God’s new angels here is my tribute
I hope you will have no dispute
Farrah Fawcett Majors a 80s Icon
And the pop king Michael Jackson
Farrah was a very beautiful woman
Setting the 80s style was the plan
A Charlie’s angel she did play very well
A brilliant actress we could tell
Michael grew up on the music stage
We saw him from a very young age
He gave us Ben, Thriller and Billie Jean
And his videos just had to be seen
He gave us the moon walk and sights of pure delight
Putting everything into it until it was just right
The entertainment world is in total shock
To various memorials they will all flock
I hope both will be remember well
Their contribution to life we must dwell
My thoughts and prayers go to both their families
With peace and laughter at these angel’s release

The Fairy Ball is Coming
The annual fairy ball will happen soon
Under the beautiful shining moon
Excitement is rising in the clearing
Chattering about what they’re wearing
Lots of preparation yet to be done
Many dates and hearts to be won
Hearts and wings all of flutter
All the boys hoping they won’t stutter
With those cheesy chat up lines
Rehearsing until they feel mighty fine
The girls emptying wardrobes in the quest
To be the very gorgeously best dressed
I wonder what that night will bring
Will there be many hearts that sing?

Thank you for the gift of life
Even through the teenage strife
Although I’ve wandered from the flock
The love of God I will not block
I may have wandered far away
But I haven’t forgot how to pray
Never fear to talk about his glory
When you want to tell us his Story
Your life is filled with God’s love
And all you are comes from above
To save people and their soul
I know is your ultimate goal
So whether life or soul’s been saved
Or tropic country you have braved
Tell your story from near or far

Life is such a fragile state
Leaving things until it’s too late
You may wonder why so glum
Why did this sad thought come
I was travelling to my work
All traffic came to a sudden jerk
A lane had been closed down
A bike lying on the ground
Half the pieces of it missing
Engine parts hot and hissing
That poor biker caught unawares
Hope they have someone that cares
They have been rushed to A&E
It doesn’t look very good to me
So when you are driving in your car
Make sure you look near and far
The bikers seem to come from nowhere
I’m sure an extra second you can spare
Let them pass all safe and sound
Or on the ground they will be found
To see a shocking things like this
Makes me realise my life is bliss
Living with a stress free nature
Don’t Worry Be happy is my feature
